Welcome to www.raw-experiences.com "the Website". When registering to a RAW-Experiences camp, you have automatically agreed to the terms set out on the Website for each Experience. RAW-Experiences will assume that you have read and understood all terms and conditions ahead of your arrival.
If you change your residential address, email address or telephone number after your registration, please inform us about your new contact information, so that we can keep you updated on everything related to the Experience.
Please note we strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel and medical insurance just to be safe. Participants must carry insurance documentation while on the Experience.
RAW-Experiences will not be held accountable for any injuries that may occur during the Experience. Please check with your personal insurance company if your insurance covers [overseas] fitness-based activities and excursions, and martial arts training (but not including participating in martial arts competitions).
We strongly advise all participants to always purchase suitable medical and travel insurance before each Experience by contacting their local insurance company.
RAW-Experiences will have no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the Experience prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant, which is not included on the Experience Itinerary.
Participants' are responsible for the safety of all of their personal belongings during each experience. RAW-Experiences will not be held accountable for any personal belongings at the experience.
RAW-Experiences is not responsible for expenses including, but not limited to, lodging, meals, and transportation incurred for delays and/or cancelation of the trip for reasons beyond the control of RAW-Experiences, including but not limited to, "Acts of God", fires, explosions, floods, tempests, unusually adverse weather conditions, failure or shortage of power supplies, fault or failure of plant or machinery, wars, hostilities, riots, acts of terrorism, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions (“a Force Majeure Event”).
For the benefit of everyone on your trip, RAW-Experiences reserves the right to accept or reject any participant, at any time, for any reason without any liability whatsoever. In the event RAW-Experiences determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the Experience, we may, without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the Experience.
We reserve the right to immediately and promptly exclude any participants from the Experience without refund, if they act aggressively or by any other means, greatly disturb the Experience and/or the other Experience participants.
RAW-Experiences camps are fitness-based. Accordingly, participants are strongly encouraged to fully attend the offerings provided. All participants are encouraged to approach the Adventure with a spirit of openness. However, there is no obligation to participate.
Also, part of the RAW-Experiences camps involve alcohol and alcohol will be provided on the Experience as part of the services provided. Whether or not to drink alcoholic beverages is entirely a personal decision. No one is expected to drink, nor is your participation conditional upon your decision to drink alcoholic beverages. RAW-Experiences is not in a position to alter the consequences, legal or otherwise, of irresponsible alcohol consumption. You agree, understand and appreciate that in all situations, your conduct when consuming alcoholic beverages is solely your responsibility.
We don’t judge, but during a RAW-Experience, we have a zero tolerance for drugs. It is paramount to RAW-Experiences to maintain a safe, healthy, and productive environment for all staff and participants, to provide quality services, and maintain integrity. Illegal drugs in foreign countries have serious consequences that can impact not only yourself, but others on the Experience.

When you process a payment through the Website, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process your payment. We appreciate your business and are committed to protect your personal information as we would our own. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information. We encourage you to sign-up for our emailing list so you can receive information about our upcoming events and new merchandise. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.
We will be photographing and videotaping the Experience. RAW-Experiences reserves the right to use any such photographs/videos in its advertising, displays, publicity materials, and publications. By participating in the Experience you consent to RAW-Experiences using photo/videos containing your image without obtaining your further consent. You hereby release RAW-Experiences and its representatives from any liability in connection with any use of such photographs and videotapes.
Deposit: Our Deposit Rate set at 50% and is non-refundable.
Your initial deposit is used as your Experience Registration, to secure your spot, and goes toward your full payment.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the Experience start date.
Your deposit is transferable to another Experience, as Experience Credit.
Experience Credit may be transferred towards a future Experience, if cancelled up to 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the start of the Experience.
After Experience Registration (50% Deposit) and total payment of your Experience Cost, the Experience Cost is non-refundable. This means that we will not repay the Experience Cost or Deposit to you even if you for some reason cannot make it to the Experience.

If you choose to sell your ticket to someone else, please notify us immediately via email (email@example.com), so that we can update our Experience Participant Registry and our records as soon as possible.
In the event that any Experience Camp hosts/instructors/special guests have to withdraw/cancel their participation from an Experience Camp, we will do our very best to find a substitute. However, we will not offer to refund the Experience Registration (50% Deposit) fee.
This also applies should an excursion or activity be cancelled. We will always do our very best to find a similar replacement.
